Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Antique Finder: Vintage Scan (the "App"), provided by KINGAZONE JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimer

Results generated by the App may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as:

• A professional appraisal, authentication, or certificate of authenticity;
• A statement of an item's true market value, age, origin, or resale price;
• Advice for buying, selling, insuring, or investing in any item.

For any decision involving value, authenticity, or purchase, you should consult a qualified professional appraiser or expert. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
• Upload images that you do not have the right to use, or that contain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or its underlying services;
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that harms our systems or other users;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its results without our written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content (excluding your own images), is owned by or licensed to KINGAZONE JOINT STOCK COMPANY and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the identification service and to operate and improve the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any image you submit.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as cloud hosting and AI image-recognition providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINGAZONE JOINT STOCK COMPANY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if you paid nothing, USD 25.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KINGAZONE JOINT STOCK COMPANY from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
